Aerodores is pretty much right. The thalmor care little for skyrim.

This is odd indeed, The Jarl of Whiterun would have proably called in the imperials (because hes mostly on the imperials side than the stormcloaks) for this. The Thalmor wouldn't give two cents about Whiterun.

But i have got a question - a lot of Whiterun peoples are dead. So the city is empty and sad. How can i ressurect;) them? Can i turn it back?

Make it something that you can trigger multiple times and you may become famous for this.

@canvey u just keep dragging them in and if u want to make new actors similiar to the first right click, duplicate it, double click on the duplicated actor and edit it

DUDE!!! you have to make a mod to carry this on, like a thalmor patrol come accros an orc stronghold but get captured and need help. then you could actualy join the thalmor to help free them. but whilst they are on thier way they stumble accros a lost dwarvan centurian and team up. he gets a bunch of other dwarvan bros and attack. the orcs get help of a daedric lord and wipe out all but you. you get captured and are interigated. you can either tell them about the lost dwarvan and the thalmor's plans, or you can try to escape the stronghold and contact another dwarvan group.........
