@jivaprabhu probably the new TS2014... It's a problem within the game most likely. Make sure you have all DLC (P42 Genisis, F40ph Cali Zephyr, Sherman Hill, Donner) and try to clear your cache. Unsubscribe and then resubscribe. Hope this helps!

@dogfc2, the P42 has been removed from the store for some reason, and we are waiting for RSC to put it back up for purchase which well, who knows when that'll be...

hi so i have all the amtrak addons and i been downloadin alot of these work shop ones but i cant play half of them cause i dont have the P42DC Genesis addon. Ok but the problem is i cant find that add on anywhere i dont know how to get it. i even tried to find it on the railsimulator.com with no luck. Can anyone help me out with this?

In the scenario editor, on the left hand side of your screen there is a menu, and it has a list full of objects, locomotives, rollingstock etc. Just click on the engine menu, select whatever locomotive you want, and then you will be able to place it. For DLC(Downloaded stuff) on the menu on the left side of your screen, you will see a box with an arrow. Click that, and then on the right of your screen another flyout menu will appear. On the right side flyout menu, select RSC, and you should see a menu with all of your downloaded content. In that menu, select the box next to the name of your DLC, and then your DLC will show up on the left menu. For a better tutorial I reccomend you search for youtube videos and what not. Hope this helped!

How do you add stock like the P42 to scenarios?

The P42 will come back very soon, believe me. With Marias Pass coming out, they will most likely make a P42 V2 or something like that, like what they did with the challenger and big boy. But G-Trax's model is very good too, I wouldn't mind them just bringing those models back.

Well they recently added the SP GS-4 which was one of G-trax's locos, so I'm pretty sure the P42 will come soon.

Because the locomotive was made by a 3rd party developer G-Trax. G-Trax recently sold all rights for the P42 to RSC so what I think they are doing is just updating it for TS2013. This is just what I've heard though. Your best bet is to send them a message.
