Well are you trying to use NZR? if so then the config might be incompatible with it.

it is probably something you have that is getting rid of the textures, as this add-on is only the 5 configs mentioned.

and there might be two versions of office, one from CS:S and one from CS:GO. make sure its the CS:S Version and not the CS:GO version

Nope the gamemode doesn't come with this addon. it only comes with the configs. this isn't a map, though I don't know if you would know about it, you need to have it installed from github.
