Built the wonder on an ocean tile before finishing the Cartography civic. Now Flying Dutchman doesn't exist as a unit on the map. Only the tile where the wonder was built exists.
On that note, Has anyone tested to see if razing the city the Flying Dutchman was built in will allow you to build the Flying Dutchman wonder and summon another Flying Dutchman?
It is a fun Civ.
When I get time, I'll see if I can sort out which one, but Jesus that'll be so tedious. I think I have 9-10 pages of mods in use.
Sucks, this was one of my favorite civs to play with in R/F and I WILL get it working now.
