It works fine for me. Just a small error on the bodygroup name where if you disable saber r bodygroup, saber l will disappear.
The beam saber bodygroup is enabled by default and located in the lower leg storage rack.

Do you know which models are missing? Some model like Zaku II is a single model with multiple bodygroups/skins to make its other variants.
Go to your SFM folder (Steam\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\models). Right click blaze folder then click properties. Compare your properties with mine [i.imgur.com]. It should be the same.
They're rigged so you can pose them.
