Not yet, no. The comp patch should not be strictly necessary in terms of "not working together at all" since AlphaMod doesn't change vanilla buildings. And my comp patch would probably be outdated all the time when done for a mod that is still pretty much in development.

Any plans to update this to 2.0 now that AlphaMod 2.0 has stabilized?
