Looks like a great scenario, but im afraid im unable to play it, due to the amount of add ons required :/ I am a huge fan of the Horseshoe Curve pack, since i like in Altoona PA, so keep up the good work! :)

To dowload, first, click "subscribe" on the workshop page for the scenario you want. Then in TS2013, go to main menu and then to steam workshop and you can download and start the scenario from there. You will need the specific DLC required by individual scenario as appear in the “tags” listing on the scenario page.
