Hi, i was wondering, don't you think the ADS zoom is a little to high? hahahahaha I love the mod and love how you put in so much variants in it but for a close range weapon don't you think the ADS zoom is a little much? It kinda makes aiming a little awkward, considering its range and damage :)

The sound of the M1 Carbine and M1A1 Carbine have a firing sound that is delayed from when the weapon is fired.

@javo4143 the M1 Garret, which is based on the M1 Garand, is a full rifle, not a carbine. Also, since it's a vanilla gun, and since there are many other Garands on the workshop, I will not be creating a variant. As for a semi-auto M2, I will be updating this some time in the future so that it is select fire, as that has now been implemented, and it has been my plan for a while now.

@DangerousRobot ah, well I can't help you there. I can't animate, and I'm currently busy with life, so I don't really have time to learn how. However the reload sounds are different, even though they sound similar to the Patriot.

I'm talking about the reload anim and sounds the anim reload is from the RK-47 and sound's from the Patriot. Yeah i'm familiar with WW2 era technology (well mostly) so i do know that it's not as good as any modern weapon.

@DangerousRobot they're not quite the same, and honestly, the M2's not going to be much better than an M4 (the Patriot) as it's earlier in the carbine series.

Can you make a just better version of the M2 Carbine? The only reason i got this mod is cause of that and it's just an RK-47 and a Patriot copy

@next doors cat no, the only reason the M1A1 is even in a small gear or secondary slot is because it has a folding stock, meaning it would take up less space to store.

@Artificial Selection I have tried making an M3, it is impossible without custom animaations. Without them, the character isn't holding the verticle grip. I wish I could, but I would need custom animations.

could you please make an infrared sight variant (I believe that it is called the m3 carbine), and on the topic of weapons noone else has made could you perhaps make an L1A1 SLR or FAL weapon model, as i have yet to find a good/well modeled FAL weapon model in the workshop

@Theomaz thank you, but I can't fix it. I would have to completely redo the animations for it. It's a really wierd system, and considering I can't animate, I can't fix this issue. And it's not like I can move the gun itself, because if I do either the hands will clip inside or the sights wouldn't be lined up.

Yes the M1/M2 carbine urr muu guuu when i saw the M2 the M14 scout rifle came in my head so i was like ''O MA GA thats not a M2'' then i quickly looked up the M2 then i felt dumbe -_-

Sorry, but for me, it's still broken, in all of it's available slots. It's not invisible, but it doesn't show the stock or mag, only some metal parts.

@Eliphaser the M1A1 variant should be a one-slot gear item. i did this primarily to balance it a little, in the sense that the one with a folding stock should take up less room than the full stock version.

still too high poly for me compared to, say, the garand and other official (or atdf weapons), but it's still very nice
tho yeah, I liked how the other one could be used as a one slot tertiary weapon, so I could also have anti armor with it...
