It was a special request for a forum member. You can easily remove the text by editing just one file.
Open:
\res\models\model\asset\mc_stellwerk_pr.mdl with texteditor and remove:

Could you do the same whithout a city name on the front ? or just "station" or "bahnoff" ? but cool building. Subscribed.
