nickdalad456 - You need to download the files via the alternative download site above and put the files into the two correct folders manually. Downloading via Steam doesnt work. I dont know why and Steam support just tells me they dont help with mod issues when asking them for help solving it.

ok it says this mod is enabled but when i go to chose my country its not listed so this either needs updating or it does not work please can you take a look at it

@Sov - Sorry I dont have the pay version either so the alternative download is free for 30 days. I have no other site to put them at the moment. Anyway, I uploaded it again now so you should be able to grab a copy for free now.

Cuba's democracy goes down to the neighborhood level while in America, the majority of eligible voters in 2016 didn't even vote. Cuba gets over 80% participation bc Cubans actually feel like their voices matter.

@dguirao For the better. Election promises are banned in Cuba. Candidates may only publish their biography and personal information.

Cuba has a detailed and highly democratic election system. That should be reflected in this mod, with 5 year terms.
