@unnamed search 'sure shot' in the workshop, you might find what you're looking for. However I could not find the exact same one in the 1st and 2nd srcreenshots, the ones in the workshop has 4 as the number instead of 5 like in the pics. That might be a private mod of the creator and is not open to public in the workshop but who knows, maybe I just failed to find it.

Only the original mod has a description that it replaces mk18. It's hard to notice when there is no description what it replaces.
