I use paint.net to make mods, and there's an option to make items have a glow effect.

This looks like a really awesome concept, it looks like Tron and Super Hot had a baby, with the enemies being all one color. One question; how did you get the bloom effect? Did you have to draw that onto the sprites themselves, or is it an actual effect?

A bit poor enemy placement, but the aesthetic is still interesting. Overall, not bad.

good floor planning and placement of enemies, but I do not advise becoming a hostage of a certain visual style, continue to experiment, because the first time it was interesting, the second is not very much, red opponents merge with puddles of blood, it's not good.

does not work for me. its just a normal textured level without floor tiles...did i miss something?
