Updated to Niven v2.1.0.

Updated to Cherryh v2.0. I have decided to keep this compatibility fix and continue to provide native support for SPS in RS since it seems folk has not yet updated his SPS mod.

This will probably be removed since Apocalypse already added ship-mounted power cores to ships.
