I think that's a base game feature. I'm sure I've a mod that disables their posthumous talking but I don't recall which one, I'm afraid.

it's pretty cool to dome a chosen with the ghost operative and hear them say their psi-ops line

Just finished a campaign with about 685 mods, this one included, and had no major issues! Thanks for putting this up.
