I already have Bosnia to create a balkan caliphate with, and why Kosovo create Bosnia? They're Albanians, not Slavs. As for Vojvodina, forming Dacia seems like a Romanian mission not one of Slavs.

Well I mean, with Vojvodina you could proclaim the Banat Empire or form Dacia, and with Kosovo you could create Bosnia or even a Balkan Caliphate.

That is a 90% yes to that. I've made corrections to make it as compatible as possible. If you find any issues, please inform me. But, from my testing with all mods on. It works fine.
