Yes, in creative mode you can paste the entirety of the truck, trailer, and drill into the game no problems. However projectors do not display subgrids, that is anything that is connected to the other end of a rotor, connetctor, or piston. Projectors are the only way to bring a blueprint build into a survival game, now if you wanted to be super cheaty, you could go to the load screen outside of the game, and change the settings to creative, paste the entire truck in, save, and then go back and change it back to survival XD
