i am not sure what you mean, the mod adds the factories, so all you have to do is build them.

you should find a way to merge this with the c&c revival mod, man having C&C3 tib wars and classic C&C all packed into one, its something ea will never do

i was going to add the vertigo in the origional nod update, but i have been putting of working on it because of the banshee. i get what your saying, and i do plan on adding the vertigo in the next update. the next update, unfortunately, will be a while. i have been sick and have not been able to work on stuff.

I have been meaning to ask this but, where is the Vertigo? I noticed you are using the banshee from Tib sun/storm for bomber but where's the Vertigo? Banshee kind of stands out.

That sounds pretty neat. I'd love to see the new harvesting feature, but will that affect the performance of the AI in a poorly manner? 'Cause I know sometimes when resources are tinkered with the AI tends to freak out and either rush everything at once and then suddenly stop producing anything or just not produce anything period.

Right now, i thought about using the Harvester or the refinery to replace the extractor. But I want to do it where there is the refinery, a harvester, and tiberium. (while it might look like a regular resource pool before it is build, the building will show a tiberium field with a harvester when it is built)

Cool foundation, the units could use a bit more shading to stand out better from some of the tilesets. The predator tanks almost disappear against the desert tiles. Just having darker outlines like the original Rusted Warfare units would probably do the trick.

I don't know if i will do them. if i do it will be very low on the list of things to do. But i will add all units from the base game and the expansion.

you subscribe to the mod, then it should show up in your mod list in game. you need to use either the "Beta" build or "Next" build in the betas tab in order to use items from the steam workshop.
