Large update of the asset:
- file reduction and optimization (gain of 7 MB, old one is 34MB)
- new integration of sub-mesh and sub-building files

@Jke: You are right, there is an error in the illumination export files (they are in color while they should be in gray gradient!).
This asset is part of my first creations, I need to update it to integrate the different parts like submesh... I should be able to do this fast enough

When I scaling the view with mouse the windows of the middle and bottom buildings become highlight,only happens with the middle building and the bottom building,do you know why?

I am declining the base, but there is a big work to do on it... i have to build all the surfaces inside to replace the 3 towers^^

I think your proposition to have a small base in front of the building may be a good idea, It would change the face of cities and would bring a little of diversity
I would think of it seriously during my next creations !

@luminou Noticed you made an extract of the main tower, have you considered making an extract of the base building(s)? There's a big lack of base buildings on the workshop; in modern city planning all tall buildings/apartments/towers above 12 storeys should always have a base building like here where mid-rise (2-7 storeys) residential/commercial buildings face the street before the tower. This gives a realistic scale for pedestrians, prevents strong winds from coming down, allows for sunlight, and keeps the street life active (eyes on the street). But as mentioned there's a real lack of such buildings on the workshop (and the few that exist are small and require repetitive plopping), so it gets really hard to use apartments/towers realistically in-game. So I'd love to see more base buildings if possible! Anyway great work as always of course :)
