Ya bro, they heal faster than I can damage them with arrows. It would be 10/10 if you could take out the health regen. Oh well, i guess its not supported anymore.

I really like the Fear mechanic because I hated how Guards an horses often made dragon fights so easy. But could there be a version of the mod that doesnt have the health regen? I can't kill dragons now. They have TOO MUCH health.

I love this mod...on anything except Legendary difficulty. Even at level 20, I cannot kill the first dragon. He regenerates health too quickly. I have unsubscribed from this mod but may put it back at a point further in the game.

I'm not sure if I like the fear portion, but this is the only dragon mod I've seen that introduces regenerating health so I really want to include it. Maybe if the fear portion was only 5 seconds or so for a fire breath because they're panicking while on fire and frost breath causes 5 second paralysis since they become "frozen" or the ice breath effect? Just an idea, I do feel the breaths need to be more damaging though!

It would be nice if the mod added these awesome new dragon alongside the old ones rather than replacing them. If you could make a version that does so, then its 5stars from me!

makes me laugh every time i see a dragon, the heroic music starts to play and i start to run
adds a reall challenge to game play that is otherwise missing from skyrim
great mod thanks so much

Many apologies for my inactivity on here, real life and other games stole all my Skyrim time. I'm thinking about an update for this mod, and seeing as people have actually used it, are there any suggestions for changes I could make?

Also, I will put up all the information on changes for those who don't trust it...

Peace out

at level 11 this mod made even a Blood Dragon a very iffy proposition. at level 50ish an ancient dragon is quite challenging,

soooo It was long ago since I subscribed first to your awesome mod^^ were you successful? are the people now running into their homes when they see a dragon?

I would appreciate same type of info on exactly how much health has been added and what is the max level the fear spell effects. This idea is nice, but the lack of information says 'do not trust'.

I must thank you for your excellent mod. It is a no-brainer for anyone playing Skyrim on PC and it really enhanced my Skyrim experience profoundly. I was so impressed with your mod that I decided to add it to my permanent collection: The Intrepid Skyrim. Please rate and fave if you like it (and even if you don’t). I had to unsub due to being only on level 3 and for whatever reason the first dragon you have to kill via "Dragon Rising" quest just would not die for me, haha. Will try to get it later :)

I love this mod! Many times dragons vs. monster fights, the npc piss pants and run away in fear! Just epic scene to see!

Does this effect Alduin as well?

I got attacked in the first town at lvl 15. I'm a melee, so the first half was hell. After he lande, it took about 25~30sec. of bashing to finish him off, unfortunately I also hit an NPC and the survivors gang-r***d me right on the burning remains. The fight was very exiting, but i think on open ground I would not have had much of a chance.

I changed my mind about this mod, previously I stated it was overpowered in favour of dragons. But now I prefer it to any other dragon mod (And I tried them all, SW and nexus versions). It is harder at levels 1 to 15 to defeat Mirmulnir than it is to defeat later dragons as level 15 to 30. But the challenge still remains at later levels. This makes sense as one would expect the Dragonborn to improve at dragon slaying from the first encounter. I would ask that you consider adding the ability of dragons to hover and strafe more often at later levels but not earlier levels (Say for Ancient dragons) to give Dragonrend more of a purpose and further improve the challenge. Very well done, a well ballanced mod.

At level 23ish melee fighter, it is pretty tough and the scripted event fight when you see a dragon resurected for the first time was basicly imposible

I'm not really sure about companions, but I will look into it. I am trying to find a way to get people to run to their homes but I'm not really sure how to do it at the moment. Will get to work
Catwheel 24 Feb, 2012 @ 7:38am
Does your companion get feared? I'd really like it if your companion stays by your side.
Killa_Bunny 23 Feb, 2012 @ 4:48pm
please make dragons even more fearsom, so that people actually dont want to fight dragons and run inside their homes instead, and you should make the guards more passive towards dragons, i would really like that.
DanWillJam  [author] 23 Feb, 2012 @ 8:28am
No problem man! I only really made this mod for myself, just to see what I could do with the Creation Kit. 50 hours in and I'm slowly learning :)
BlackLaser 22 Feb, 2012 @ 2:00pm
(no lower level impression) THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR THIS MOD!!! I searched Really Long to get one that makes them damn dragons more durable but not so fucking strong, because you can strenghten them enough with vanilla settings like "master". So again thanks^^

Im in the 20ies too, Rumpullus let me know how you are doing
Rumpullpus 19 Feb, 2012 @ 8:10pm

TheDonB 19 Feb, 2012 @ 5:00pm
Sounds good man. Subbed. Keep on trucking!
Sir Panbot 19 Feb, 2012 @ 4:58pm
Cool idea. I prefer mods like this that keep things simple. I'm doing something similar but for the main quest dragons. Good luck with it. :)
