Once Districts are allowed, create one and click the District Name. Doing so allows you to change the Theme and there by "opening" the Theme Manager. From here you can create/delete themes and modify them. (NOTICE! You can only delete themes YOU have created as "new". Themes you get as DLC or from the workshop CANNOT be deleted. They can however be modified; IE add/remove buildings etc)

Kannst du vielleicht in deine Beschreibung zufügen?
I have 16gb Ram, should not be an issue, but I do not own Snowfall (and have no intention to waste money on it).
Possible you had the game running while subscribing, too little RAM or a lost connection.
-I would not advice to use the Vanilla Style system. The Buildings Themes Mod is way superior.
It claims that for some buildings in your packs the - otherwise superfluous - Snowfall DLC seems to be required (even when playing on the regular maps).
I do not own that DLC and I have a lot of trouble with MISSING buildings in the style editor...
Maybe you want to investigate? It's not only this pack here btw, I just don't want post in every asset the same text :-)
I have all the required assets (how else could I move them to my new style).
I - now - also have downloaded all required props which weren't automatiacally added.
Still a about 25% of the buildings show up as MISSING.
In my city buildings start as Zechenhäuschen and with level 2 are turned to vanilla buildings ..
All my assets use a selective set of mrmaisons trees. I´m not linking them on the assets, so people who dont want the trees can get my assets, without getting the WS popup messeage every single time they click subscribe.
Just to let you know that they seem to need...
