In the mod "Separate Great People Counter (BNW)", units gain a promotion called "Promotion_Created" which has the same symbol/ icon as the instantaneous healing that can be selected when a units levels up (a bolt with a plus, as can be seen in image 2).
My mod replaces the promotion icon with a transparent one which leads to less confusion when looking at a unit's promotions (as can be seen in image 3).

What is the promotion icon exactly?
