@MaXBoY it replaces the css scout it is a hidden weapon that you can unlock by typing
"give sniper_scout" in the console but before that make sure you have "sv_cheats" set to 1 (sv_cheats 1) and as for it being unlocked and having damage and along side the other hidden weapons use lt.rocky's hidden weapon unlock right here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=390938342&searchtext=hidden+weapon+unlock
