@Hori: I personally have no issues playing with this and many other mods. So you might have to be more specific.

@iloman: Yes it does work with R&F... Don't forget however that there is a global issue with mods since the XP right now however; usually fixed by installing this patch:

Now they just need to change his accent. He was born in Rio de Janeiro and should have an accent accordingly. Looks like the dub guy was from anywhere, except from Rio.

I had a glitch one time that removed the color of the hair of the AI, and everybody looked older, kinda like this! :P

Oh, but it is a fix. The image the Brazilians have of Pedro II is of an old, reasonable, and wise monarch; in contrast with the wild, young, and reckless image of his father, Pedro I (Pedro IV of Portugal). Congrats Leugi, I praise the initiative.

Pedro II likely had black hair longer than grey hair during his reign, since it comprised 58 of his 66 years alive. Not saying I dislike this mod, but it's not a "fix".
