@tobias03: Well even when I was making mods I had no idea how to make/import new models into the game so I could not do that X) Anyway there is a mod called Rudolf Goat that is a parody of deer ^^ And there is the mod making tutorial if you want to try it yourself ;)

@Turret1412: I think NPCs of Goatville will die after taking a certain amount of hits (and the kamehameha deals a huge amount of hits).

with this you can kill any npc even if it doesnt have a health bar as on the goatville map only this goat alot of kamehamaha on the npc and it dies/ doesnt get up so i believe every npc can die

@KingCucumber: The radius of the kamehameha is actually bigger than what you see (the light effect is smaller than the actual area of damage). Also I can't make the light effect any bigger or it will hide the goat completely in a ball of light instead of being in front of it XD

Funny fact:If you combine ninja goat with Super Saiyan Goat and you turn on super reflexes while holding left click you become a Chi Ball minigun....literally you should try it its insane! :D
