Note that it's a issue with this one and the 35kV, the other two power lines from this set are working fine, better LOD with the 275kV.
Since there is no update since the release in 2018, I think it will never be fixed, but its a great asset tough.

Form wikipedia:
The wire shader doesn’t use any textures, and models using it will sway in the wind. The amount of sway can be set per vertex on the blue channel of the vertex color (0 for no sway, 255 for full), and the phase of the sway can be controlled with the red channel.
I import the wire for my pylon but the wire keep shaking like this
