Update and role-reversal: mod now makes non-ROR skeleton Archers, Spearmen and Warriors to go "hhh" on-click, but still use the whole chatter on-command.

Higher tier units are reverted to vanilla.

mod was left on my pc after unsubbing, weird issue but now fixed. Thought I was the owner of it, had to sub again then unsub.

Has anyone found a fix yet? It's really sad that CA decided to remove the skeleton voice overs for Tomb Kings and replace everyone with the Nehekharian voices. It's fine for elite units, but for the skeleton units? I don't understand why they removed it.

Have you verified that this still works after the new patch? I tried toggling it on and off and it doesn't seem to work anymore. I like that the tomb guard have voice lines now in vanilla, but I really prefer the otherwordly noises for the low tier, jittery units. Was hoping I could go back to this mod for that.

They fixed the voices for the Tomb Kings, No need for this mod anymore. Thanks for your efforts regardless. :D

Is there a way to fix the lowly skeletons, in order to avoid having them saying "arrrh, my man" all the time, this is soooooooooooooooooooooo annoying lol.

Dunno about the boolean, never tinkered with them, but if the group is called Unit, Units will do nothing. Could be "swagaloo" for all it matters, the change was deeper, the units had an override like the VC skellies that has disappeared.

I think I found the mistake made by CA, all units in "audio_vo_actor_group_tables" All other units got like this for example:

wh2_main_vo_actor_Lizardmen_Saurus_Unit1
wh2_main_vo_actor_Skaven_Unit1

But TK Skeletons got this

wh2_dlc09_vo_actor_Tomb_Kings_Tomb_Skeleton_Units1
wh2_dlc09_vo_actor_Tomb_Kings_Tomb_Skeleton_Units2

Notice that it's UNITS not UNIT, I wonder if there is a way to correct this, also if you check box "has spoken VO" I noticed difference that sound is more 3D.

I like how fruition of my idea got to work, thanks to you Cataph, at first when I noticed lack of VO I thought I am just complaining about nothing, but here we are one of most popular mods in Workshop. Big thanks to you again Cataph, such as small thing but makes me happy :)

I didn't check who'd made the mod when I clicked it, but as soon as I read "aspirin" I knew it was Cataph's workshop I'd stumbled into. Your sense of humour is unrivaled here in the workshop, and frequently sees me in stitches.
I'll be trying this one out. I've tried plenty of your other mods for both Warhammer 1 and 2, as well as those for Rome 2, and I've enjoyed the lot. I'm confident I'll like this as well.

I hear something weird when the Tomb king is tasked to climb walls. He actually uses the voice line that Cataph has modded in for some of the units o.O

I know the lore reason, but I still hoped for a talking for all version just because I love hearing egyptian speak over skeleton sounds. But, fair enough. Would it be alright if I made a seperate mod adding voicelines to the basic skeleton units?

Guild Wars 2 is not a recent example lol a recent example is the last game made by an AAA company pick whichever you like. But yeah CA releases games way too early with way too many bugs and such.

Maybe CA released an unfinished product, it is known that most developers tend to do such things one example is "Guild Wars 2".

There is still few lines missing from the game, for example when you order unit to attack or move it doesn't say anything just silence, but here in this video there is more voice lines.

I usually notice straight something is not right that's why I made thread about this, when people just said " Ehhh what are you talking about?", yet I was right that this is bug and glad to see CA addressing it. It's part of imerrsion when I saw first video of Khalida during preview, I thought my gosh voice acting and music is great for TK.
