I extract files from Mod and use them by personally remodeling, so I do not know the exact name. I guess it was probably Ninja pants or Assasin pants. GL :D

I have both mods but the pants are not found, may be a conflict with other mods (63 mods activate! ^^)

とりあえずTexture弄るならGimp、Mesh弄るならBlenderですね。
