To add rings, aprons, etc, go to edit > ring edit > create > ring design > name the ring at the top and then go to the bottom to textures for the mat, aprons, corner and post & use your subscribed workshop downloads for each. When you're done creating the ring (you'll be able to see it as you're putting it together), then save. Should be available to select when setting up your next match. That's how I've been doing it at least.
