Profile pic checks out.
Those "weird bars" are definitely stretched polygons, presumably from the shoulders.
Considering that issue does exist with the stock weapon models, I can only assume it has something to do with how the ARCCW Weapons animate viewmodels.
Nonono, it's fine it's fine. It's just that I'm getting sick of receiving bug complaints regarding this addon.
Honestly, I just uploaded this addon for preservation purposes, this playermodel was created several years ago, and wasn't widely available to the public until I got my hands on it and, with permission from the addon's original creator, released it.
Receiving messages that there's problems with the model is really annoying because I don't have the source files for the addon, nor do I have the free time, skills (at least when it comes to making/editing .mdls for Source engine games because... christ, the process is an utter mess) or interest to fix it in the first place.
Okay, that's concerning. Usually a model does not appear if it cannot load in properly (which, as said before, sometimes occurs due to conflicting files/models).
Just as a quick suggestion: try disabling the addon, deleting the "star_fox_-_paths_of_fate_krystal_playermodel.gma" file from your local steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons installation folder, and redownloading the addon from the workshop.
This isn't guaranteed to fix it, but this will replace it with a fresh new download of the model. If the problem still persists, then something is definitely wrong with the model itself, but I don't know why.
As for the viewmodel blocking the camera, this was a known issue before the viewmodel was released (_Skorpeon, the Steam user who made custom c_arms for this addon, tested them with an addon that overhauled weapon/viewmodel animations, which caused issues when I tried using the model with Gmod's default weapon animations).
Could you please describe what the "problems" are?
Is it not showing up? Is it missing textures? What do you mean when you say you're having"Problems"? (There's literally nothing I can do if I don't know what the issue is).
Also, just in-case: did you download the version that was uploaded to Krystal Archive? Because if so, there could be conflicts between the client-installed version and the Workshop version that's causing your "problems".
Sorry if this response sounds frustrated/angry.

tomas18/JackThorn24 (the person who created this model AND ported it into Source) has moved on from Star Fox-related content so I doubt he'll be making any more.
That's model. Is. Just. Perfect!
I probably could... but I don't have the time or interest to do it.
If you want to do it yourself (and spend several hours reassigning bones and checking the model in-game to make sure it works fine), be my guest, although if you intend on releasing it for the public, I recommend you get in touch with the model's original creator, JackThorn24, and ask for permission to edit and re-release his model (just in-case).
In that case, the answer is still no I'm afraid.
(I mean, you can try asking him via Deviant Art, but I'm pretty sure his answer will be "no")
If by "take requests" you mean "take requests to make more models like this", I'm afraid not. He's moved onto other ventures.
Plus, I want to keep the model the way it was when I got it (to the best of my abilities), which means I'm willing to add stuff/new content (such as viewmodels), but don't want to edit the original files.
Sorry if this bug is ruining your experience with this model.

Looking at the texture files, the problem might be one of two things:
1. It might be the muzzle texture itself (the model uses a non-UV Wrapped 2D nose texture/photo which gets stretched along the muzzle).
...or 2. The blood decals might be hitting the "Fuzz" layer. Basically, to emulate fur, this model has an extra mesh layer wrapped around Krystal's body, which uses a version of the base "Global" with most of the texture rubbed out (it gives the overall texture a static-like look, but when seen in-game, it looks like fur).
There's a chance that the blood decal is being applied to the "Fuzz" (fur) layer instead of the "Global" (base) texture.
One thing I did notice however, when she gets shot in the face, rather than getting bloody normally, a big red splotch shows up and sort of envelopes her muzzle. Not sure if that's something you can fix or not, but it would be nice.
