Thank you for your work, this is a great mod.
Recently came back to Kenshi and good to see mod is still being worked on, it's one of my all time favorites and a must have at this point, gana try out new version now but has there been any change to the steel requirements for Tamahagane? I find that even with a massive base I could barely even feed 1 single weapon smith bench with materials, which ended up in hours and hours of waiting around for weapons.
it IS a sandbox game
hard to find good mods and im too stoopid to learn new tricks
i was inappropriately venting frustration, sorry i came off so priggish
how on earth can i believe that there will be any sort of balance with this mod if you didn't know something like that? What else dont you know or understand?
i like kenshi because it doesn't shower you with over powered items. its how you play that decides if you win a fight, even down to whether or not you get into one...
your initial mod concept sounds neat, and so after logging more kenshi hours, i remembered your mod and came looking, only to find you are doing the same 'i need MOAR POWER' crap everyone else is doing.
i was trying to figure out how to modify the bench to use the genmod carbon, but no dice yet, might try adding that carbon to the bench if i can find it but think the only carbon entry i have listed is for the smiths mod despite having both loaded.
anyone else figures it out hit back here.
the coal is being sold by many vendors and the mod also has ability to mine it aswell.
Unfortunately i dont think i can do that cuz that will respawn all my enemies but ill try it out with another playthrough eventually. Ty for modding. :)
-Ty for modding.
@thatlonelygamer08, yeah Legendary Steel is on par with Cross, but 10% less sharp, if the weapons is a blunt weapon then its equal or even stronger, with additional weapon handling, katanas and bladed weapons will be 10% weaker, much easier to wield. ofcourse you need 100 in smithing to craft one at 10% chance..
