Ya, that was one thing I noticed about the AP you an do a coupler with just AP on it and it adds to them all. Guess I didn't consider reallyfor projectile killing.

Softie, lasers underwater are just attenuated over distance. LAMS nodes are capped at 500m range so the attenuation, at maximum, isn't going to be that high. 660dmg could lose well over half of the damage and still pop most projectiles. Offensive lasers are not great underwater though because of their increased range of use (km instead of a few hundred meters) but can be made to work with ludicrously high AP (provided by adding doublers on their own line or the main line... laser doesnt care where they're put apparently).

more good as long as system puts out enough power and is balanced, this does 90% or more of the time

also woudl it not be better to have less point defense nodes? Or do more actually help, really havn't messed with them.
