I think you should make the trousers a bit greener and the tunic a bit more khaki. Reach a middle ground between the two, if you see what I mean, and apply them to both.

Nice uniform, but the Afrika cuff title goes on the left arm instead of the right.

You need to make VPK file with modname/materials/models/player/german/ and not just the textures
