Oh yup I'm Korean, so maybe, if your mods' default is chinese, then maybe that's the problem.

大佬您好！这个mod的文明应该是日本，北条时宗与两仪式当是同一文明的不同领袖才对，但通过两仪式赢得比赛，并不能解锁成就”胜利！“即日本文明胜利的成就。但您的贞德mod，却可以完成法国文明的成就，请问这是为什么呢？另，您是否考虑给这个领袖带上loading时的引言呢？万谢。

Hi, I'm here to report a bug. This actually not a bilingual version, in game text must be in Chinese since every single caracter is replaced by a crossed rectangle.
