If you mean access it in-game. First you need to boot up the game, and while the game is running, subscribe to the item. If you're not in-game, it won't show up in your downloads tab. Then just enter the name of the item to spawn it in the game.
If you want to see what items you've subscribed to using the worshop, go under the "browse" option in Steam and there should be a "subscribed items" option
