vFire includes the extinguishing feature. Getting extinguishing water is literally just dead weight with vFire.
I don't agree with what you said about extinguishing water and vfire, what if people want to have fun in multiplayer with fire, but also want to have a way to be safe from it?
Extinguishing Water + vFire is like getting Functional Pheropods and vFire and never spawning antlions / pheropods.
I enjoy vFire more because the fire is actually there and not some weird pillar of unrealistic flame.
I enjoy HL2 Settings because it buffs EVERYTHING, from zombies to combine soldiers, and it makes CPs able to win in a 1v1 against any npc_citizen who uses any weapon.
Armor drops damage by 80%. It always drops it by 80%. It never drops it by any other amount than 80%.
