I'm pretty sure Bolivar led Gran Colombia. Venezuela seperated in 1825.

I can. Maybe there's something wrong with your game. Anyway, this mod is outdated, not really worth it either.. Don't know when and if I will update it to proper standards, too.

Nope. Won't happen soon, sorry. This mod isn't really worth it as it is anyway..
New update will have a new leader, new trait, maybe even new uniques. Other mods will get similar updates first, so it'll take a while.

Simón Bolívar is from venezuela. That is why =P You see him used a lot for columbia instead. That is how great he is. Other countries admire him. =]

@That-Guy Won't steam download it or the game when going to the MODS section? If it's the latter, you should try to delete Civ5ModsDatabase.db from My Documents/My Games/Sid meier's Civilization V/cache. If it's the former, try to resubscribe.

It won't download. Why? I downloaded the all the civs in the pack attached to this link, yet only Venezuela is missing (The want I want most...)

@awsome160 The next things I want to do is to update my mods to Brave New World versions (while maintaining the G-K version, of course) when I have time. Currently I'm making the BNW version of Mexico.

It's working !!!!
1. Turn off the game.
2. Delete the "Civ5ModsDatabase.db" from "Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache."
3. Launch the game and go to the mod section again

I know what you mean, it's a Steam Workshop issue, not a mod issue.
I have the same problem with other mods I want to download.

Try any of them, haven't tried myself yet, so I can't guarantee it will work.

It's more focused on modern day due to the oil effect. I always try to choose the greatest leader of a country. Then again, Chávez's (RIP) political ideology was based on bolivarianism.
To be honest, it's a bit of everything :P
