I assume you are talking about by using RICO..? I'm an old-fashioned city builder so Idk how RICO actually recognize the different lot sizes, but what I can think of is save it as 1x3 or 1x4 for yourself and make it into RICO so everytime you plop it, you get the backyard part?
kranyarssk14 2 Mar, 2018 @ 7:53am
Is there any easy way to get it to do that?

ohh ok!!

There is a backyard for it only when it spawns as 1x3 or 1x4 though

I do sorta wish the backyards were included, i must admit.

Pressed stone on beautiful Victorian brick rowhouses? Ugh! That's ugly but also the reality! haha
tomb 6 Feb, 2018 @ 6:04pm
Perfect as is! If you mix these with your Yearwood rowhouse, then you've got Newark, Providence, even Queens NY. Keep up the good work! (Ahem, make some pressed stone texture for the Baltimorons, will keep them happy ;-) )

Thanks. I'm planning to make 2x2 with Yearwood Rowhouse and other 2x2 row house variations but semi-detached. I probably won't make 4x2 or r3x2 rowhouse because it just doesn't make sense (to me) when it spawns on hills. But I understand your point.

just what my city needs.i can never have too many 'generic' rowhouses. keep them coming

Beautiful! And very New England big city - half of Baaaaahstan looks like this,a s does Protland, Maine. Great work!

Looks great. It'll be very good for some color variation, and for some more suburban housing.

Beautiful models. One minor request: Could you merge a few variations together into a 4x2 or 3x2 building? I love these but 1x2 would obliterate the building limit :/
