Nice scenario landscape and an interesting set of scenario objectives, except for one: 100% guest happiness is not possible in a park with lots of guests. If pickpockets are caught, they get unhappy. Guests who have been robbed are unhappy unless the pickpocket is caught. Plus, normal guest needs means happiness tops out at 99% no matter how well the park is managed.

Except for that one objective and locking every tree, I liked the scenario. Thanks for making it!
