Yeah, I agree with you. It is a rather useful and important mod when trying to confederate an entire race. And since the author hasn't spoken of any updates in almost 2 weeks, I wonder if someone else should either update this mod or make a new one altogether. Maybe I should take a crack at it if it's straightforward enough on RPFM.

Yep, pretty sure this was the one that was breaking my game :( Even when not actively confederating other it would lock up/grey out turn 2. Hope that this gets fixed soon, I loved doing massive, multi-continental campaigns with this + legendary confederations

Yeah, I usually use a lot of mods and this is the one that was breaking my game. As soon as any LL, even your starting one gets to the level required to his quest item, the next turn you get the dismiss all events and cannot advance or move any futher. Thanks for looking into it!

This mod always breaks after a patch, because it edits a script. I'll have a look at it when I have the time.

I can confirm @Abathur's experience, turn after confederation and leveling up new lords acquired, I can't end turn any more.

Update would be appreciated.

Got so many mods on all at the same time so I might be mistaken. But I tested it for 5 hours straight.

When playing Avelorn and confedarate with any other faction, when you level up your LL's, event bug happens. And checking history and what not does not solve the issue.

Simply it breaks the game by disabling end turn button.

Disregard my last comment. It appears that this mod is not compatible with the "Liberate as Vassals" mod and that was where the conflict was seemingly occurring.

That's odd. I tried it myself on a new game and just this mod enabled, and the rite works fine for me.

This mod renders you unable to unlock the Rite of Awakening when playing as a Lizardmen faction--even if you own well over 20 units the Rite does not unlock. It is not a compatibility problem, as it causes the issue when enabled by itself. Took me a long time to narrow it down to this mod because I didn't even consider it as the culprit.

Yes it is. As long as the lord has not yet reached the appropriate level when you confederate.
If you own the legendary lord and he levels up to that level, you will receive the quest, which will eventually lead to the quest battle.
If the AI owns the legendary lord when he levels up, he will simply gain his legendary item and the quest will be gone.

If you confederate them before they reach the level that would give them the item, you still receive the quest.

Hey sorry if this was answered already but if you are to confederate the other legendary lords prior to their quest item battles, does this automatically give you the item and skip the battle? Part of the fun of confederation is doing the quest battles if you can confederate in time. Any insight here is appreciated! Great work!

Snikch Shadow Dealings and Clan Contracts stopped their cooldown timer after using this mod. Previous save file without mod works as normal.

Ok, but what faction of lizardmen? And KMM doesn't detect most conflicts, so it's still important to know which mods you play with.

It's updated. I noticed a lot of stuff in the script concerning confederations with Cult of Pleasure and Nakai. I didn't understand any of it and left that well alone, I'm fairly certain that I only removed the cooldown and public order/diplomatic effects.

Do let me know if anything strange happens because of this mod, as I don't really use it myself.

If I knew more about scripting I would probably figure out a way to do this without having to change the vanilla script. But I don't, so for now it will usually break with every update.
