doesnt work for episode 1, the vort's are normal and half of them are t-posing in the beginning, i havent tried ep 2

I know how to recompile the models but when I try to unpack the Garrys mod misc_dir then repack it with the recompiled models Garrys mod won't load, it's says one of the background vtfs is missing but I checked and it's there!

I just tested how the animation work and have a surprise result
If you MOUNT all of the Half Life Episode 1 & 2 the FIRST Episode to be check in the selcted box will have it animation correctly in it own Episode map
For Example
I want to play HL2 EP2 but i mount both EP1 & EP2 in the first map Alyx will not have her gravity gun pick up animation which will break the game
To fix this you just need to make sure the only mount is EP 2 and restart the game

Same thing goes in HL2 if you mount any of the Episode most of the animation may resulted in T-Pose(Go to Black Mesa East if you want to see what i mean)
And again to fix this just unmount both EP1 & EP2 and it should fix almost all the the problem

So are the Episode 2 skins just differnt design, higher res, better animations, all of those? ...what's the actual difference compared to vanilla HL2?

theres really nothing to show dude. these are just animations that fix certain scripted events in half life 2 episode for gmod when loading the half life 2 episode campaign on gmod.

So does this mod add the extra ep 2 animations or just replace old animations with the newer ones?? I it dosen't replace them because, then it might mess with regular half life 2 on gmod. hahah!

kleiner just T poses when he is suppose to flip up the button so i can launch the rocket and finish the level... he's dead now.

I've been saving this as a last resort because I've had no luck with finding an extension to Gman's animations.
