1-I didn't make the mod,you can just subscribe to this and place it
2-This shows how dumb you are because this isn't a mod,but a dupe
3-When I say "Join the group" I mean that I made a guide on how to wear it because when you place it,it will be a citizen using this

How do you apply the pac3? I know you might say something like "Join the group thing" Like in the desc or "Google it" But for the group thing i dont want to join a random group just to learn like one thing and with the google thing i keep searching it but it wont appear it just shows how to add the pacs to the npcs.
