a fighter crashing into your side at such a low speed wouldnt do that much damage plus even with that much damage i can still see operational thrusters. the fact that the ship would be unsavable and a need to abandon ship is actually not plausible due to the ship still being functional. not combat ready sure but functional

An interesting challenge that I made a bit more challenging by turning on spiders and installing Wolfenray's Wolf & Spider AI Fix. There's nothing more invigorating than having those beasties nipping at your heals when you're starting out. Much fun!
