Update complete. Sorry about the wait.
I preemptively updated the mod to work with the upcoming 1.31 update so I don't have to update it again in a few weeks.

It's as if the mod weren't there at all. It takes the vanilla amount of time to convert a provence. I'll try messing with it to see if I have conflicting mods or something like that. Thanks for the help homie!

I just tried it myself, and it still works for me. What are you seeing? In what way is it not working? Are the provinces taking more than a month to convert, or are you not able to convert at all?

Try unsubscribing, deleting the mod files, and then resubscribing. The mod should redownload from the workshop.
The mod files can be found at C:\Users\[YourName]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mod
Delete 0_months_to_convert_culture.zip and 0_months_to_convert_culture.mod

Does this allow for norse provinces to randomly appear? I had one appear, posted it on reddit and am now getting accused of being a liar after saying it's not from a mod.
