Please update
Decomposed 2 Apr, 2019 @ 11:33am
Hello, the mod is included in the compilation pack. If Sam doesn't return soon, I will update this mod too for those who want to use the standalone version.
Blade 19 Feb, 2019 @ 12:41pm
Hello, author. Is this unit mod already included in the Regiments of Renown - Compilation pack? And it seems this unit mod need some update?
🎀Happy Neyka🎀 23 Jan, 2019 @ 4:04pm
Not even a picture if what is in store lol?
Crispin 21 Jan, 2019 @ 1:33pm
Does it work with unlocker and ctt?

Idea for a tomb kings RoR - tomb guardians (tomb guards), they would have a guardian passive aura ability (gives physical and missile resistance to nearby lords and heroes), and acts as support infantry with either passives or active abilities to buff up your main front line with leadership and melee defense to help them hold the line.
Callitear 19 Dec, 2018 @ 2:03am
Hello. The Tomb Kings can be used in custom battles, but I cannot see them in any building. Is this a bug?
fan_of_Daniil_Andreev 13 Nov, 2018 @ 2:59pm
I like a unique bone giant that looks like giant Ushabti :D
RevaulRen 5 Oct, 2018 @ 9:26pm
I second these suggestions, more emphasis placed on the second one cos I don't want to see a giant Ushabti on the battlefield next to a Bone Giant and Hierotitan.
James Stone 8 Aug, 2018 @ 5:04pm
Two things:
> The units are mostly based around Nehekhara, making a Kathep campaign have none of the modded RORs potentially. Can you make some RoRs recruitable from Kathep's area, or, failing that, make one or two new RoRs for Kathep?
> With the Bone Giant released, can you update your RoR to use the Bone Giant model, but change the weapon to a melee one? I believe that you can use the Giant's skeleton (pun not.intended) and force it to use the melee animation only

Thanks in advance

Updated for the Queen and the Crone DLC.
Judah Warrior 3 Jun, 2018 @ 6:30pm
anyway we can get a update for this mod standalone?
Rachel L 26 May, 2018 @ 4:28pm
hey @Sam8872/Decomposed, any chance of you making a version of this mod that needs the Crynsos Faction unlocker but add the RoRs the vanilla way?
Senseivince 30 Mar, 2018 @ 8:29am
Constructing the Awakened Necrolith Colossus causes the unit capacity of the Ushabti (melee + great bows) to drop by 1 instead of +1...
SilentKore (The Better One TM) 2 Mar, 2018 @ 5:21am
@Nukular, uhm of course? It's not one of the top Total War mods ever for no reason LOL.
Nukular Power 26 Feb, 2018 @ 5:44pm
thank you for the SFO patch. @below, people actually play Radious? :O
ArmageddonAsh 24 Feb, 2018 @ 3:53pm
You going to make a Radious version? Quite a few of them are just flat out weaker than Radious units and normal units that Radious buffs. For example, you both have versions of Underworld Deathwatch but yours is worse in nearly every stat.

If theres a way, maybe changing it to something else could help? Like turning it into like a into a 12 unit version, obviously stats would need to be reduced and so would their size but that would give you a different unit.

Stats wise, i could likely make them all more inline with Radious, i would personally add a few things here and there (dunno if they would be lore friendly..) things like poison on Zandri Eturnals for example among other things.
Sam8872  [author] 23 Feb, 2018 @ 11:30am
An SFO compatible version of the mod is now available, with stats balanced for an SFO playthrough:

Wouldn't it make more sense for the Zandri Eternals to be recruited from, y'know, Zandri? At least the Pyramid of whichever Tomb King is buried there, can't remember which.
Vampire Kisses 19 Feb, 2018 @ 8:57am
So would this be SFO compatible in the sense that it would be updated with SFO stats? Or is there possibly a submod that does that?
Ashmodath 13 Feb, 2018 @ 8:30pm
that should be a submod, since in the lore only Arkhan has the Wights of Stonewrath Tarn.
Karl Franz 13 Feb, 2018 @ 7:00pm
Can you take away the Arkhan only restrictions?
Blaze 13 Feb, 2018 @ 1:57pm
Need some of your Bretonnian or Empire RoR's, hope you are working on those two factions too ;)
Gaunt_XIII 13 Feb, 2018 @ 3:37am
Hi, are these RoR affected by all the lord and tech buffs? As a lot of the vanilla RoR and LoL aren't.
Sam8872  [author] 13 Feb, 2018 @ 2:56am
The mod has reached a thousand subsribers. Thank you all for the support.
Larry Boy 12 Feb, 2018 @ 10:41pm
Good work
Rustic Clover 12 Feb, 2018 @ 5:28pm
@Sam8872
I was actually joking about it, but it IS where Nagash is the arch-nemesis of all Tomb Kings for the simple fact that he was the one who killed them and brought them back in the first place.
Ashmodath 12 Feb, 2018 @ 10:24am
will he? ha ha! foolish girl! you cannot even begin to fathom my power! or the power of my master!
so I suggest you keep your twisted, ignorant, and deceitful tongue quiet! while your elders speak of greater matters!
Rachel L 12 Feb, 2018 @ 9:06am
@Arkhan, get the hell out of here you wretched betrayer. For Asaph i will slay you and your soul will be soo destroyed that even the chaos gods will laugh at your situation. Even your so called master will refuse to help you.

(But really, his image is not really related to the TKs, but no need to change)
Chrom 12 Feb, 2018 @ 8:48am
Oh no, you are correct, it was the foul betrayal of that jumped-up, second-son usurper whose child-like obsession with power slew the entirety of Nehekhera, and forever fouled the destined afterlife of all those who are now cursed to drink from dry cups and eat from empty plates in dead ruins.
All to satisfy a self-worth deficiency he'd never be able to fill with any amount of tainted power, even if he'd had the self-insight to realize it.

His image here is of course inappropriate, but unlike the Gods or the Kings who had claim to their thrones, his image is irrelevant.
Even if he stole enough power from entities greater than himself to eat the world whole, he'd do so as the same, cowardly fratricidist he always was.
Leave the picture up. I always feel mirth when gazing upon children in funny hats.
And that one is...truly precious.
Ashmodath 12 Feb, 2018 @ 7:36am
yes, that is all true, and it does look very good, anything with my master on it looks good...
Sam8872  [author] 12 Feb, 2018 @ 7:24am
Correct me if I am wrong, but was it not Nagash's magic that actually raised the Tomb Kings in the first place? Moreover, I'm afraid that changing the image would not be the best of interests as quite some time was spent on it and it has actually grown on me.
Ashmodath 12 Feb, 2018 @ 7:00am
what is wrong with using an image of my master for this mod? I think it is rather... suiting
Rachel L 12 Feb, 2018 @ 5:31am
Nagash is not a tomb king anymore! Please change the image
Rustic Clover 12 Feb, 2018 @ 4:38am
How dare you use an image of foul Nagash for a Tomb Kings mod!
olly.da 11 Feb, 2018 @ 9:14am
crash
Sam8872  [author] 11 Feb, 2018 @ 3:23am
Update:

I have updated the mod, using information from Selian of which was greatly appreciated and I do believe that the recruitment values should be working correctly, I say this as the other tables do not relate to recruitment and thus should work correctly from now on.

However, if you have already started a campaign, this might mean that the recruitment values might stay, apologies if this causes any inconvenience however, it should be fixed now, if any issues still or further occur, feel free to state them in the comments and I will get to fixing them as soon as I can.
Decomposed 11 Feb, 2018 @ 1:49am
@Selian Thank you for the tips, much appreciated!

@Cattroc Thanks for the feedback, we'll sort it out soon.
Slaanesh 11 Feb, 2018 @ 12:05am
Can confirm it is fixed on my end. It took deleting the mod from my folder and resubscribing. I REALLY appreciate how well these rub elbows with the stock units, though the amount I am able to recruit is a bit odd. You may want to include in the description that you seem to get bonus recruits from having the appropreate buidlings.
Selian 10 Feb, 2018 @ 11:19pm
You can also remove the unit_attribute_tables you used for reference, since it will potentially lead to issues when the game is updated and changes to the table are made.
Selian 10 Feb, 2018 @ 11:15pm
Hey, I took a look at the file & found the issue with the recruitablilty. You have added them to the unit sets which are tied to the caps of the regular units. Those are usually the ones with a _X (number) at the end. You can check the "effect_bonus_value_ids_unit_sets_tables" and look for the bonus_value_id "unit_cap" for more information. Hope that helps!
Ashmodath 10 Feb, 2018 @ 8:58pm
Though I hope it will come about
Ashmodath 10 Feb, 2018 @ 8:57pm
So far, there are no plans on making an SFO compatible version
Crazyivan 10 Feb, 2018 @ 8:48pm
I think your work looks great and i would love for you if ever you had the time to make a SFO version many thanks
Ashmodath 10 Feb, 2018 @ 8:48pm
@Avadon, then you do better! I'd like to see you try! And the giant ushabti looks much better than an oversized skeleton.
carsonox 10 Feb, 2018 @ 8:04pm
Am I suppose to be able to recruit 19 Zendri Eternals? and also they show up in the recruitment panel not the ROR panel?
Avadon 10 Feb, 2018 @ 8:03pm
I wonder if they realise that we can not click upon the icons in the image to see what is so "special" about these units.

Sure I can see one has more armour than standard chariots or one has magical attacks and another has poison based attacks but many of us don't memorise the symbols off by heart. Would be nice to see the extra passives givenn to them as a list.

P.S. It's kind of lame to just see a giant Ushabti.

I have played the previous title and thought that those mods including the Necrolith Colossus in warhammer 1 were far better atempts at it than those currently in warhammer 2.
Donovan McGinty 10 Feb, 2018 @ 6:23pm
well i just quit and re-started the game and now those two are recruitable so maybe it was something on my end. great mod though, love seeing people using putting those lore books to good use
