When I try to put the item with the small "R" on the ruined place, I can't find it anywhere. The only thing I could find was that the small alphabet on it was "S" (ranger item). I can't find the item with the small "R" on it !!!????

The faction drafter doesn't load in right. I get an error:
"Error in Script (Faction Drafter - 1ba40a) function <onload>: chunk_3:(214,3-224,0) attempt to index nil value"
Anyone know of a fix for this?

Could the ruins tiles say "ruins" when moused over? Just a minor thing, but friends and I keep forgetting they are there half the time.

Could you add a button that automatically sets up the walkthrough with the original four factions so we don't have to set up the tutorial every time we teach someone how to play the game? Also, could you set up the Riverfolk's hand to automatically empty into the designated public space so we don't have to move every card we draw? Thank you!

can you fix the issues of cards constantly either being revealed in peoples hands when they drag it or cards not showing their faceup side unless put into a discard or grouped up?

if you just want to learn a specific faction, i reccomend either searching up the rules of that expansion, going to law of root, or watching a youtube video

When players join the game, then select their faction, then change their player color to match chosen faction, I've experienced two issues:
1. Their hand location is often not in front of their board
2. Everyone who is not the host can see each other's hands.
Our workaround is to leave and rejoin the host every single time after picking factions. Is this a known issue? Do we have to pick the right color before picking the faction?
I've experienced this with multiple separate groups of players.

The mod seems to be broken, I keep getting script errors every time i load it, and it won't spawn in faction mats/pieces when i click on them, getting error messages each time

the marauders expansion is not going to be in the mod until its finalised. That link can be used to load saved objects into it so you can play with them. Also is there any plan to add the BPP duchy bot?

Can anyone give me a quick explanation for actually using the bots? I can't seem to figure out how to get them to play the game once they have been selected.

A very simple way to be able to play right now is by commenting out the factions update on the global script.

1) Open the mod and create a new saved game right away
2) Load from the new saved game
3) Open the "Modding" and "Scripting" option
4) Scroll down as much as you can
5) Before the text "update_faction_data()", type "-- ".
The editor might show blank the moment you type anything, so don't freak out, just type it all and move the lower scroll bar with the mouse, the text will reappear and you should see the changes.
That line should now be.
"-- update_faction_data()"
6) Click "Save & Play" on the upper left corner.
7) Enjoy

Until this gets solved, you can play using the saved game.

a temp fix is to go to steam setting and turn on public betas and then go to table top properties and turn on beta it will reroll back the update hope it helps!

Hey guys, excellent mod, played a great game on Friday. I think something got messed up in the last 24 hours. I'm getting an error message about " trying to index a NIL value" whenever I try to pick factions.

Been loving playing this. Some other things that are easy enough to fix / change, I'm sure:

1. Some of the faction boards are not sticky. I like to move the boards closer to the map, so this is apparent. I believe the Marquise de Cat's board is sticky, but the Riverfolk Company board is not, for example.

2. Not sure how difficult it is, as I've never scripted in TTS, but would it be possible to spawn the ruin items for the Vagabonds after the map is selected as well as prior?

3. What about generating the bot priority tokens as well? I'm sure it'd work similarly to the ruin items / clearing markers.

(At this moment, the faction thing is still bugged; so please concern about that first! Keep up the good work. My friend and I absolutely LOVE this mod. Thank you so much for our hours of enjoyment.)

Great work on the workshop mod but the newest update ruins all of the scripts, I can't spawn in any faction, I get the message about trying to index a NIL value.

could you consider integrating "Root Battle Mat (Roller)" by AngryPony?
I find it prevents bloat (no need to worry where the dice are, no need to have any dice at all as a matter of fact: will be summoned, and old ones will disappear + act as a dedicated combat area) and prevent some players to play bowling with the board pieces with their dice (happened a few times in my play...).

To further my comment below - it is bugged, they do not automatically/randomly get added underneath ruins. I had to use the blindfold function, for the other players to hide them, and we had to copy and paste the items needed (from the crafting items section).
