snd_rebuildaudiocache
What it does is it builds a new audio cache and fixes the sounds. If new sounds are shorter then the original sounds then it makes a weird corrupted noise to compensate for the time of dead air. If new sounds are longer then the original sounds then it cuts off. By building a new audio cache you fix that issue.
I do not want to build another version of this mod, as it is already based upon another person work and while I try to make that clear, I do not want to create a third version of this mod.
However, I also found out that the XM8 replacement for the SCAR-L also conflicts with this for some odd reason (no movie sound), so I had to change the XM8 to a different mod.
