These stats would be cool:

You can fire two bullets, before reload
+25 dmg bodyshot
-50 dmg headshot
Scope just zooms 3,5x
+10 fire damage on wearer
+25 bullet damage on equiped
if you land a headshot and then hit the same target again it deals a critical hit

I agree his legs are too thick. I also think they need some hair if possible and I would like the gun better without the bullets on the side unless there's some major reason for it.

Sniper is a skinny-ass man with skinny-ass legs. His legs are a bit on the heavy side, try to make them more lanky.
