Hey, just wanted to ask if you would be willing to make the bug juice portion of this mod it's own stand alone mod? I like how you've added in this clearly overlooked (and lore essential) item but I personally don't like the balance changes that come along with it. If not that's totally chill just thought I'd ask.

I didn't try it without any mod, though I just deleted it now and resubscribed to get a fresh copy. When I add missing femals it pops them in as human sounds, so maybe it is just a default setting as it also adds in red blood for deadhivers. So if we go to try to add the one thing we need we maybe are introducing more bugs in unknowingly. At least I didn't know I am probably responsible for most of my own bugs by my desire to see how other mods stuff works.

@Ralgimanek - Have you try without any mod? I remember when starting a new game , 3-5 month ago , that every creature when hit, made the female human sound effect. A save and a quick reload fix the problem tho.

I switched to experimental and verified install, and then had checked out your mod in FCS before starting the game. So not any other mod, though could be a bug in main game.

I noticed you reset a lot of the animals and other races to make human sounds instead of goat, leviathan, hive, or the others.

Again, really great mod!

I enjoy it a lot, the exo is really saving the lives of my drones and princes in the new map area.

Yeah, I have V5 now, which has the storage barrels, in hiver category, and no 0.00x crossbow skill. I think I had V3?, even with an unsub/resub.

It seems to be another one of those cases of un subscribe/resubscribe AGAIN will finally download all the files correctly. Sometimes Steam workshop really leaves me scratching my head.

All of the Exos that I use (everything except flexible?) were giving the 0.00x crossbow skill, just like all of the modded in armors, the belt items mod, and the skeleton upgrades mod suffered from (somewhat) recently,

I don't mind if the barrels are in the storage section, I just didn't see them. I also don't think I can make weak bug juice or molting spot 1, so I may have to just find that blueprint. I've been just using strong and molting spot 2.

The bug juice barrels unlock with the "Bug juice (weak)" Research and it suppose to be in the STORAGE section.

I will change it location to be in the HIVER section.

Also which Exo is giving a 0.00x crossbow skill, I will look into it.

I can't research or find the Bug juice barrels in an existing game, are they blueprint only? They are not in Hiver, Food, or Storage lists.

Also, the Exos now give 0.00x crossbow skill, meaning any of my hivers who have crossbow skill now have their skill capped at 0. Could you look into that when you have time please?

Also, will you add a storage container for Juice? As currently it is stored in the food store and mechanics ( im my games ) not see the worker attached to molting station auto-haul into it from the food store

Feel free to write a comment if anything is broken with my mod, I will try my best to fix it.

I will probably update the different shell and Exo in the near future, since the game got a gear rebalance.

Yes, I still maintain this mod.

And Yes, the Shell and Exo have a quality grade, it scale with the toughness of the crafter (similar to weapon scaling with the weapon smithing skill when craft)

It does indeed have to do with how starts set the initial tech.
I ended up going in with the modding tools and adding it to other starts.
Looks like many of the starts do not include the '_default', or something like that tech package.

Ok that should fix the problem.

The basic "Molting spot" should appear at the start of the game in the "Hiver" section of the build menu,

if it don't , you should be able to buy the Blueprint at any Bar.

Hope that fix your problem.

Checked a couple other starts. None had the molting spot, with the exception of the 'Banished' vanilla price+workers start.

Tried a start but not seeing the initial molting station, or any of the initial tech. I do, however, see the research for the molting station II and what I expect is the rest of the stuff. Is there somewhere to buy the blueprints, or some way to make sure the start has the tech enabled at start?
