I found the bonuses quite exaggerated. It could be better balanced to make it more attractive for continuous use in the game. Nerf 15% for 3-5%.

great mod, except there is an issue with Juliana's ability. I love getting that early culture from city-states, but the part about receiving 2 envoys when you're declared war on...that is just a straight up lie. it doesn't happen.

So does that mean you won't be the one redoing Wales? Thats disheartening, I trust your mods as they've never caused any issues and are always so well done. Unfortunately I have had problems with many of the civs done by other modders.

Check Direct Download link above for older civs. Save for Belgium, they're being taken on by other mod authors.

It's really not that hard to understand. I wanted to change it. If one just wants the leader, you can disable the UA change in the user settings, as stated in the description.

still don't understand why the entire civ is changed (like with englad)...what if one just wants the leader?

I gotta disagree, Juliana looks way diffrent than Wilhelmina's model in Civ 6. She was more thin wore glasses often wore a fancy skirt, ect. And while I love the new model for Wilhelmina, she is mostly remembered for the stuff she did in WW2 so the skinny younger Whilhelmina doesn't really work for me personally.

Your art of Wilhelmina is better, but I think Firaxis art is worser for Juliana than for Wilhelmina.
