Ha, I've only played about 20 hours or so, both characters as Argonian... and I was annoyed by the fact that my character takes a loud breath after emerging from underwater.

Thank you, this problem really broke emersion for me. (no pun intended)
matonr5 15 May, 2014 @ 8:44pm
I forgot to add Steam Error 15.

New problem. When the files are being synched on startup, I get a message that reads,
faied to find details on Waterbreathing Breathless Emerge. I click ok and the mod seems to play alright in game. Just a heads up.

Got it back this AM. Thanks again for a great mod.
matonr5 14 Apr, 2014 @ 11:04am
I've had this mod a long time, and like it very much. Echoing the sentiments of others about Argonians gasping for air. Just now though when my files were synced to start my game, it took the mod out of my load order. I came in here to check and it shows i'm still subscribed, I never unsubscribed. Just a heads up if anyone else experiences this. This is not the first subscribed mod it's (disappearing from my load order as unsubscribed ) happened with.
Thanks for a great mod. I'll see if it comes back.
accursed 16 Feb, 2014 @ 11:44am
Thank you, I shouldn't have to gasp for air when I switch lungs.

Thanks a ton! I hated hearing my argonian out of breath as they left the water, when they have the ability to breath underwater!
Bacon Wizard 29 Dec, 2013 @ 5:49am
Great, I am deeply immersed when I play video games, so when I hear my Argonian gasp for air after swimming underwater. It makes me cringe.
Chicken Charmer 8 Sep, 2013 @ 5:35pm
This had been bothering me ever since my first lake as argonian. THANKS
Soap. 9 Aug, 2013 @ 5:02pm
Thank you so much! This was annoying the hell out of me! I'm a damn Argonian, not a Nord!

Last time I checked, Krish, you don't grow gills by putting on an enchanted helmet, or necklace. Especially if you're a Human. ._."
Kosm1cus™ 28 May, 2013 @ 3:57pm
Well done :)
joel22222 22 May, 2013 @ 5:29pm
Out of all the mods I have on my PC, this is the one I miss most when I play on Xbox. No idea why it bothers me so much, thank you for making this!
ElderGamer1 14 Apr, 2013 @ 4:17am
Great Mod...Now I do not feel like I was holding my breath...Crazy but it affected me, Lol
Jove 18 Mar, 2013 @ 10:19pm
Wow, you got it working!? This is a mod I tried to make over a year ago but couldn't figure out how to! I even named it the same thing, haha! How did you get it to work? Big kudos.
d u c c 15 Mar, 2013 @ 3:41pm
I think the breath is swapping from gills to lungs or something...
TTV/HuesOfRosemary 4 Feb, 2013 @ 6:32pm
Ah, we can always rely on you for fixes like this.
Bluegills 27 Dec, 2012 @ 4:39am
Thanks! Argonians for life!
IamButAbutterfly 26 Nov, 2012 @ 3:22pm

saika 25 Jul, 2012 @ 9:00pm
Such a shining example of something that should have been there already.
Backamil 16 Jul, 2012 @ 8:21pm

Rotarcased 1 Jun, 2012 @ 5:11pm
Excellent
JuniBloom 22 May, 2012 @ 8:31pm
Excellent mod! I love little fixes like this that totally improve immersion.
RushEm2TheDirt 18 Mar, 2012 @ 9:18pm
Этот мод делает его таким характером не звучит, как они задыхаться, когда выходящие из воды, если они могут дышать под водой.
Fandorin 16 Mar, 2012 @ 4:02am
кто-нибудь русский может пожалуйста объяснить, что появляется после установки этого мода?
RushEm2TheDirt 14 Mar, 2012 @ 10:29pm
Let me know what you think... If not I might end up trying to figure it out, but it seems you already know how.
geg 13 Mar, 2012 @ 11:54am
Finally. Tired of my Argonian gasping for breath whenever he surfaces.
RushEm2TheDirt 11 Mar, 2012 @ 10:00pm
Just remembered to give the thumbs up rating, good job on this mod. Seamless when switching in and out of my waterbreathing mask. Hey, since you know how to change the scrpiting on sound files, I have an idea for another mod. One that removes the loud grunts the player makes when doing a sneak attack. Feels so strange when I kill someone right next to another NPC, and somehow they didnt hear all the commotion.
_Zee 5 Mar, 2012 @ 10:16pm
Thank god!!! I fuckin hated that my Shadowscale Argonian couldnt even manage to emerge from the waters quietly and discreetly without gasping for air he didnt need. Subbed!! :)
rootsney 28 Feb, 2012 @ 12:27am
water breathing should cause people to drown in air
Kurzidan 27 Feb, 2012 @ 10:33pm
they don't sound like smokers.... they sound like they've been smoked, for years, under atomic radiation =P

Nuka Cola commentor below was hella ironic as a first post o.o (shoulda made the after-posters not the similiarity to fallout ghouls
Rakatan384 27 Feb, 2012 @ 5:32pm
now get a mod that makes it so that female argonians dont sound like smokers.
wonderfultelephone 27 Feb, 2012 @ 5:28pm
Great idea. It always slightly annoyed me that my Argonian still had the exhale sound when I got out of water. Thanks a bunch! :D
☢NUKA COLA☢ 27 Feb, 2012 @ 4:07pm
Thank you for this mod. Its not much but its mod like these that I like, its all in the little details
Maledy 27 Feb, 2012 @ 2:51pm
@akjar13 Are you an Argonian? They have a natural underwater breathing passive skill. You won't be able to drown as one :P
Sauce 27 Feb, 2012 @ 12:15pm
you actullay need to be under quite a while compared to oblivion
Zappp 27 Feb, 2012 @ 12:07pm
just stay under water for awhile
Captain Nemo 27 Feb, 2012 @ 12:02pm
@ThaEpicDuck I can't seem to drown
Overlord Ducky 27 Feb, 2012 @ 11:44am
Can you actually drown in skyrim?Becaus i haven't been able to.
Skeletal King 27 Feb, 2012 @ 10:42am
@RamireZ! I second that!
Jensje 27 Feb, 2012 @ 3:35am
@seacull yeah imagined that too, they change their respiratory system once they emerge from the water. To each his own though, so pretty good mod.
Alex Rox  [author] 27 Feb, 2012 @ 2:09am
@dunner17: I'm sure it wont. It checks waterbreathing actor value to play the sound. I tested it with potions, enchants and abilities and it works as it should. I wouldn't release it in a broken state.
